If you are having difficulty with the zipper on your lounger, please be advised that our lounger zippers are equipped with a child safety mechanism that needs the use of a paper clip for operation. Here is how you can use the zipper:

1. Locate the central zipper part where you would typically find the pull tab.
2. Insert a paper clip through the hole in this central part.
3. Once the paper clip is inserted into the correct hole, it will activate the zipper.
4. You can then move the zipper up and down smoothly with the paper clip.
