How do I track my order and what should I do if I notice delivery issues?Updated 8 months ago

You can track your order through the tracking link provided in our shipment notification emails. If there are any discrepancies or if the order seems to be delayed according to tracking, please contact customer service for an update ([email protected]). 

Additionally, if you require the order by a certain date and foresee a delivery issue, inform us ahead of time so we can make the necessary arrangements with the delivery service where possible.
