If I ordered an outdoor set and didn't like it, could I exchange the covers for indoor fabric?Updated 4 days ago

Absolutely! If you are unsatisfied with the feel of your outdoor set, you can exchange the covers for an indoor performance fabric. There would be no problem arranging an exchange, as long as the covers are in perfect condition, the original packaging is kept, and no more than 30 days have passed since delivery. 

We'd also be happy to send you our fabric samples at no cost if you're interested in trying them out! You can order them here 👈 

Here is how a cover exchange works:

1. Purchase the new covers in your preferred color.

2. Once your order is placed, we’ll ship the new covers and email you prepaid return labels.

3. Swap the covers at home and reuse the same box to return the originals.

4. Once you place the order, don’t forget to let us know you're making an exchange, this helps us track your return.

5. As soon as we receive the original covers, we’ll issue a full refund.
