RETURN POLICY

As part of our comfort guarantee, we’re proud to offer a 30-day return policy for all Palermo House products. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

To provide fast and free shipping for most of our items, we charge a return shipping fee equal to 15% of the product price. This fee covers return pickup (directly from your home), shipping, packaging, and fulfillment costs, and will be deducted from your refund.

If you no longer have the original packaging, the fee is 20% of the product price.

Important: To ensure your refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging. Items sent back in any other type of packaging cannot be refunded.
