Because we ship all orders via FedEx Ground, if a package is lost or miss-delivered but marked as “delivered”, it is Palermo House's policy to open an investigation and offer product replacements. We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or miss-delivered merchandise in lieu of replacements under any circumstances.
If you live in a high-theft area or have other concerns about the safety of your delivery, please reach out to our support team to let us know. We’ll be happy to change your delivery to signature-required.
